Manage the daily routing of the central office in Bucarest.
Maintain and develop relations with foreign & Romanian buyers and sellers.
Coordinate different staff and/or teams.
Assist the administrators (2) whenever necessary.
Contribute to the company by suggesting ways of improving efficiency, productivity, and image.
Minimum 3 years experience in business management / marketing / real estate.
University Diploma (business management / marketing / accounting / similar).
Knowledge in Real Estate transactions would be an additional +.
Good knowledge Microsoft XL and Word, internet and email.
Fluent English, spoken and written, indispensable.
Advanced level in German or French or Italian would be an additional + but not indispensable.
Driver's License and good driving record indispensable.
