-Analyses and handles all common correspondence which requires in-depth knowledge of company's policies and environment and ensures the follow-up.
-Searches for and selects all necessary information for top management from files, press and events in the company.
-Prepares statistics/files which may call upon personal know-how and require analytical and synthetical capabilities.
-Functions as a receptionist for the manager; treats confidential questions ; screens, letters and visitors; answers questions and provides information of a complex nature to save superior’s time; keeps diary and proposes and sets appointments for the management and other regular meetings.
-Arranges travel schedules and reservations
-Takes minutes of management and other regular meetings.
-Creates, organizes and maintains the filing for the manager/company
- Min. 2 years in an international company
- University graduate
- Fluency in Romanian & English
- PC Skills (MS Office, MS Outlook)
