Providing support to Buyers in day-to-day activities;
Maintaining the existing database and inputting new orders;
Checking incoming invoices from providers and solving possible misunderstanding;
Administrating, centralizing and maintaining an orderly archive of all documents related to acquisitions.
Proficient in German language (English would be an advantage)
University graduate;
PC literacy (Word and Excel very well);
Fast learner
Ability to deal with different tasks in the same time;
Excellent organizational skills.
