- Ensuring administrative support to the purchase department he/she is part of;
- Entering data into the internal computer system (supplier files and items files), particularly ensuring computer recording of promoted products;
- Ensuring the accuracy of the data concerning suppliers and items, entered into the data management system;
- Follow-up on the different contracts concluded with suppliers;
- Ensuring that all orders sent to stores are sufficient in order to reach the sales targets;
- Controlling the stocks’ level and, in case of anomalies, notifying the Buyer;
- Taking part in the drawing up of company's brochure for the department he/she is part of.
For one of our clients, the international leader in self-service wholesale operating across Europe and in some countries of Asia and Northern Africa, we are looking for an Assistant Buyer.
- University degree (preferable economic);
- Result and performance orientation;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Dynamic, creative and reliable;
- Analytical and numerical skills;
- Very good command of English and very strong PC skills.
