RESPONSABILITATI

• Orders and samples follow up, and up-dated status every week to Merchandise Manager. When necessary send reminders to suppliers for late deliveries, and inform clients accordingly;
• Claims follow up - use existing data base, translation of claims;
• Communication with HW clients and suppliers;
• Organize business trips (hotel bookings, airplane tickets, bus booking) in coordination with Merchandise Manager / Merchandiser;
• Data base offers – data introduction;
• Office catalogue assortment for furniture for each season;
• Samples catalogue for furniture for each season;
• Wood/color-samples - order to suppliers and follow up;
• Support Merchandiser Manager / Merchandiser in all necessary documentation, daily requests from suppliers end clients;
• Translate various documentation, when necessary;
• Communicate all problems from running business, to Merchandise Manager / Merchandiser;
• Act as „cost conscious“ person, by planning in most efficient way travels to suppliers or clients;
• Inform every Friday Line Manager about business status for suppliers in charge for;
• Participate in discussions regarding KPI figures.


CERINTE

• Educated to bachelor degree level;
• Fluent in oral and written German, English is a plus;
• 5 years experience in procurement in retail or in an international environment;
• Willing to travel 50% of the working schedule in the country and abroad;
• Driver license;
• Positive attitude, energetic, ambitious and with a drive to assimilate new information.
