Job Scope:
The Assistant Brand Manager’s key contribution will be:
To contribute to the development, planning and execution of most marketing activities (launches, re-launches, BTL activities).
To contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies.
To contribute to the development of new product initiatives (market and consumer research, product research, concept and communication development, packaging development).
Job Responsibilities:
Promotions: in close cooperation with the financial analysts, Trade Marketing, Purchasing and the BTL/advertising agencies, develop, recommend and execute all promotions on his/her brand.
Launch & re-launches: in close cooperation with the responsible departments, coordinate all related activities and recommend the final plan;
Brand strategy: assist in developing and implementing the communication, media and pricing strategies.
New product initiatives: assist in identifying and exploiting new product initiatives.
Budget Control of his/her brands.
University Degree, preferably in economics or business administration
1-2 years experience in marketing, working in a FMCG company, is a plus.
Analytical & organized person.
Self-driven, able to operate effectively with autonomy and under supervision.
Business oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods in the face of day-to-day urgencies.
Highly effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization.
PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (high level)
Languages : Fluency in English, both written and spoken
