- Initially, your work will be based around supporting a team as they work for a wide variety of clients.
- Much of the work includes various insights into how companies can grow and enhance their shareholder value and in the same comply with various regulations in their day to day business activities. This may involve supporting clients through various phases including a transaction from corporate strategy to post-merger integration or helping under-performing companies get their businesses back on track.
- Assume indicated roles in projects involving valuations and / or financial models
- Calculating various financial indicators and provide input for reports and for financial modeling to Senior Members of the team
- Work to help companies achieving their business objectives observing the numerous recent regulations, with careful consideration being given to any applicable specific regulations (e.g.: credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions, insurance firms, investment and pension management firms, etc.).
