Introducing data regarding contracts( amounts, payment terms) and purchase orders issued by our customers in Contract Fulfillment System (CFS), an internal system that keeps track of contract terms, amounts invoiced and all flows regarding contract fulfillment.
Helping AR accountant to issue invoices to our customers and apply money received to corresponding invoices.
Communication with employees of financial and sales department of Huawei’s subsidiaries in other European countries as activity of AR Assistant relates to Huawei’s subsidiaries in all Europe, not just Romania.
-New graduated from university.
-Be able to use English as working language.
-Economic background and/or accounting knowledge is a plus.
-Understanding of Russian,German,Hungary, Greek, Polish, Bulgarian, Czech, Portuguese, Spanish or other European languages is a plus.
-Have computer skills (Excel, Word).
-Good ethics, stable, honest & active person.
-Good team player.
