CALL CENTER TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE
The perfect candidate will have to:
- provide prompt and efficient assistance to the customer using the correct resources and to verify that the required standard of services is delivered;
- ensure that the appropriate benefits are provided in a timely and cost effective manner and in line with specific procedures and guidelines required by the clients;
- handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner in line with the company's standards;
- keep the customers fully and accurately updated at all times and to strive to always exceed their expectations;
- ensure that accurate reserves and costs are detailed on all assistance files;
- work as a member of a young team within the quality system and follow all documented procedures and instructions;
- work towards achieving 100% on all Key Performance Area targets set for the department.
- good communication skills;
- high proficiency in written and spoken German and French, English represents a powerful plus
- availability for working in shifts;
- PC and internet literate
