RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing administrative functions within the Head Office in four major fields: tenant’s relations, asset & property management, procurement, reporting.

Position Elements:
- Supervision received: Receives supervision from Management.
- Must have the ability to organize, manage and supervise the assigned functions efficiently. Must be tactful, yet effective with respect to tenants, customers, vendors, and service providers.


CERINTE

Education: University degree.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Romanian.

Personal Skills:
- Team player, self-motivated.
- Strong communicative skills.
- Honest and trustworthy, very well organized, able to cope with stress.
- Client focus.
- High degree of maturity, ‘hands-on’ mentality and results oriented manager.

Experience:
At least four years of professional experience in a supervisory role in carrying out administrative, logistic and client support services in the following fields: asset & property management, procurement, client service, personnel management.

Knowledge:
A detailed knowledge of local regulations, practices and procedures as they relate to the areas of functional responsibility is required. Must have a sound working knowledge of asset and property management and procurement.

Skills and abilities:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, be proactive and exercise good judgment. Confidence to collaborate with all levels of management. Able to propose recommendations for the improvement on company’s procedures. Computer literacy.
