- to make assessment to Guarantees and Reclamations;
- movement to dealers to evaluate the cases;
- communication with the clients in case of reclamations or guarantees problems;
- reporting to After Sales Manager;
- university degree (mechanical or technical degree);
- minimum 5 years experience in domain;
- PC and English proficiency; another language skill is a plus;
- Availability to work in different places;
- Responsible, open minded, dynamic and strong personality;
- Strong communication skills and diplomacy;
- Clean driving license: B ;
