Project activities:
- operations = solving High/Medium/Low tickets within a specified time
- on-call support = solving High priority tickets outside normal working hours
- maintenance/development
On-call&operations tickets fall in the category of restarting a process/service, checking log files, doing database backups etc.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computers or equivalent discipline
Around 2 years experience cumulated in IT
Technical experience:
- HTML, XML/XSD, CSS - good experience
- SVN - good experience
- Visual InterDev and Visual studio 2003 (90% - 10%) - medium experience
- ASP Classic and IIS 5.0/IIS 6.0 - medium experience
- VBScript and JavaScript (70% - 30%) - medium experience
- Oracle PL/SQL - medium experience
- SQL Plus / SQL Developer - medium experience
- Oracle basic administration (database backup, data import/export etc.) - medium experience
- Capable of understanding JAVA/Other technologies and ASP interaction within a distributed environment
- VB6, ASP.NET, Crystal Reports (basic knowledge and little experience, but willing to do related tasks)
Operational experience:
- Windows Server 2003/XP operational experience (register/configure COM components, monitor the health of the services, batch programming)
- if little experience, then willing to do this tasks
English
