For one of our clients, strong multinational company in the field of oil & gas, we are searching for a dynamic Area Sales Manager, to promote and sell the company's products (industrial oils) in the Bucharest Area.
This role will include the following:
- Fulfilling the targets (related to sales, bad debts, margins) for the designated area
- Visiting the clients in the area
- Actively selling the products in the portfolio
- Performing marketing research regarding the clients
- Identifying the necessities, making offers and taking orders
- Establishing the credit limit
- Negotiation and conclusion of contracts, upon consent from his manager
- Follow-up of payment due dates, delayed payments and payment methods used by clients
- Informing clients about the new products and services offered by the company or about promotions
- Follow-up of contract compliance and control of the quantities ordered by clients
- Elaboration of weekly planning, daily reports, meeting/discussion protocols and collecting market data
- Monitoring the market potential and the market development in the specific area
- University degree (preferably Technical one)
- Experience: 3 years in a sales position for oils, good knowledge of the Bucharest market and potential clients
- PC skills - well
- Good negotiation and sales skills
- English¿ well
- Driving license
- Availability to travel
- Proactive attitude
