We are recruiting for a top company in manufacturing, for the sales & distribution department and the operations department.
The secretarial positions in the 2 departments include:
- Prepare reports and presentations; attend meetings;
- Administrative support; handle correspondence; archive documents;
- Respect the ISO procedures in the workflow;
- Translate documents.
- University degree; secretarial college is an advantage;
- 2 years minimum in an administrative position;
- Excellent level of English, used in the last months;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office);
- Great communication skills, customer orientation, problem solving attitude.
- International working environment;
