5. Ensuring proper stock management (taking in deliveries, participating in inventories);
6. Leading the correct layout of the products according to the visual merchandising instructions;
7. Ensuring the rules of the company are respected
1. Previous work experience in fashion retail business at least 2 years;
2. Previous work experience in managing a store team at least one year;
3. Customer-oriented;
4. Ability to work with targets and deadlines;
5. Leadership qualities;

7. Good planning and organizing skills;
8. Good communication skills;
9. Enthusiastic and passionate about fashion;
