- Intocmirea contractelor de munca, a actelor aditionale si a deciziilor de incetare, evidenta contractelor si a cartilor de munca, intocmirea dosarelor angajatilor;
- Evidenta concediilor de odihna si a celor medicale, verificarea pontajelor, gestionarea tichetelor de masa;
- Gestionarea dosarelor angajatilor, eliberarea de adeverinte, copii ale cartilor de munca etc.;
- Administrarea dosarelor de personal si a carnetelor de munca;
- Actualizarea bazelor de date privitoare la angajati;
- Programarea telefonica a interviurilor.
-experienta min. 1 an in domeniul resurselor umane;
-studii superioare;
-foarte bune cunostinte operare PC (Excel, Word, etc.);
-cunoasterea limbii engleze si /sau franceze este absolut necesara (interviul va avea loc in limba franceza sau engleza);
-cunostinte de legislatia muncii;
-excelente abilit¿¿i de comunicare, responsabilitate, capacitate organizatorica, intuitie, promptitudine.
