RESPONSABILITATI

Provide administrative support to the Director
Handling incoming/outgoing calls, follow up messages etc
Providing secretarial support, including business correspondence, translations, presentations
Act as an interface between the Director and the team/ employees/ customers/ business partners
Organize and run theoffice in a way that relieves manager from all on going administrative tasks
Organize the agenda
Administrative and protocol activities
Participate in and follow up various projects in collaboration with other departments
Prepare complex trips (travel arrangements & approvals, visas as necessary)
Organize internal/external meetings

- able to analyze and prioritize assignments and to multi-tasking
- high ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
- organized, accurate and detail-oriented
- excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, able to maintain confidentiality
- pleasant and friendly presence
- strong Microsoft package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) knowledge.
- proficiency in French and English – both written and spoken
