RESPONSABILITATI

Responsabilitati / Realizari

- preluarea si directionarea apelurilor telefonice
- inregistrarea si distribuirea corespondentei;
- redactarea si fotocopierea documentelor;
- realizarea rezervarilor (hotel, avion, tren etc) pentru deplasarile personalului firmei;
- organizarea activitatilor de protocol;
- gestionarea stocului de rechizite si consumabile
- actualizarea bazei de date clienti si furnizori
- derularea de diverse alte activitati in vederea atingerii obiectivelor firmei;
- ofera sprijin directorilor companiei in efectuarea de diverse rapoarte statistice


CERINTE

- Engleza nivel avansat(Franceza constituie un avantaj)
- capacitate foarte buna de planificare si organizare
- capacitate rapida de decizie, precum si asumarea responsabilitatii pentru deciziile luate
- cunostinte avansate Ms Office(Excel)
- rezolvarea diferitelor situatii in timp util
- rapiditate in actiune, personalitate energica, gandire pozitiva, amabilitate si eficienta.
