RESPONSABILITATI

- Offer support to company’s manager;
- Handling all the incoming telephone calls, incoming and outgoing e-mails, fax messages related to the Engineering Department;
- Scheduling meetings and phonecalls
- Supervising and organising the documentation related to company’s projects.


CERINTE

- Very good PC knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken is a must;
- Good organisational skills, accurate and detailed oriented;
- Pro active person and calm both.
