RESPONSABILITATI

-Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork in the office;
-Schedule events, programs and activities;
-Manage and maintain executives' schedule;
-Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents;
-Issue drafts of contracts and invoices;
-Issue drafts of activity reports and business presentations.


CERINTE

-Excellent PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook;
-Ability to learn quickly new programs;
-Very good command in English, both written and spoken is essential;
-University degree (economic, marketing);
-Attention to details, responsibility, honest and ethical, open to change and to variety;
-Initiative, a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges;
-At least one year experience as assistant manager/executive assistant.
