Responsabilitatile job-ului:
-Preluarea apelurilor telefonice;
-Redactarea documentelor in Word si Excel in limbile romana si engleza;
-Primeste sidistribuie corespondenta:posta , fax , email;
-Se ocupa de rezervarile hoteliere/avion sau alt mijloc de transport pentru personalul angajat;
- Tine evidenta riguroasa a cheltuielilor implicate cu consumul intern lunar , necesar de papetarie, birotica,posta, servicii de protocol,curierat;
-Asigura traducerea in/din engleza adocumentelor companiei;
-Organizeaza agenda managerului;
-Studii superioare finalizate/in curs de finalizare ( de preferinta economice);
- Experienta intr-o pozitie de front office , reprezinta un avantaj;
-Cunostinte operare MS Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Limba engleza - nivel avansat reprezinta o conditie obligatorie;
-Excelente abilitati de comunicare si organizare;
