RESPONSABILITATI

- provides support to the Directors\' activity by:
- maintaining an up to date electronic diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments, compiling agendas, arranging discussion and background papers, etc;
- caring out administrative support (travel, photocopying and facsimile, organizing meeting rooms and catering requirements, working lunches);
- caring out support work to main projects (research, preparation of spreadsheets, costing checks, preparing presentations, drafting letters, record filling etc);
- arranging meetings with internal colleagues and external clients;
- taking minutes of meetings, drafting, typing final version and distributing to other members of staff;
- screening correspondence, telephone calls, taking messages and follow-up action as appropriate.


CERINTE

- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project);
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Advanced level of English is a must;
- Medium level of German is a plus;
- Research abilities;
- Previous experience in a similar position.
