1. Keep agenda, set up meetings, follow up as requested ¿ inside and outside the office
2. Take the incoming calls, take messages and transmit them in time correctly and completely
3. Send and receive mail & correspondence; register, file and archive them as necessary
4. Offer any other administrative support to the direct managers
5. Make travel & accommodation arrangements, find most convenient and cost-effective arrangements
6. Offer support to the team activities


CERINTE

1.Fluent in English and/ or French
2.Very good computer literacy
3.Very well organized
4. Focused on results; efficient; solves problems and overcome obstacles appearing on the way
