- Ofera suport administrativ pentru activitatile din agenda si proiecte (documentatie, cercetare, corespondenta, rapoarte, sinteze si prezentari, verificari de bugete si costuri organizare locatii, catering, mese de afaceri, calatorii)
- Realizeaza minuta intalnirilor si o distribuie tuturor participantilor
- Experienta de minim un an intr-o pozitie similara
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare si organizare
- Pro-activa si capabila sa gestioneze mai multe sarcini simultan
- Foarte bune cunostinte de limba engleza – scris si vorbit
- A doua limba straina de circulatie internationala cunoscuta este un avantaj
- Foarte bune abilitati de operare PC (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project)
- Foarte bune abilitati de utilizare a Microsoft Outlook si Internet Explorer
Starting the business in 1991 with a team of 5 enthusiastic people, Tornado now employs over 200 professionals specialized in different fields of marketing, sales, technical support and logistics.
