RESPONSABILITATI

Attributions:
-to write and send e-mails, documentes, reports, both in romanian and english
–to post various ads on online platforms
–to index our company websies in web directories
–to provide phone consulting for people interested in the post offered by our company
–to draw up contracts and work plans.
–to do market research and make purchases within the company
-primary accounting: to issue invoices, introduce purchase bills, keep company registry etc.
-to prepare leasing and credit records
–to maintain business relationships with foreign partners
-to translate from romanian to english/english to romanian
–to recruit candidates for various job posts in our company or for our customers
–to manage director’s schedule: to organize meetings with potential romanian partners or foreigners
-to be a discreet and loyal person
–to organize and document files
-to retrieve and redirect phone calls
-to participate in organizing events within the company
–to send documents using fax, e-mail etc.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, from 9A.M to 18 P.M. with an hour lunch break

CERINTE

Requirements:
–to know english at an advanced level. Also, knowing italian is an advantage
–to have strong primary accounting knowledge
– to know very well how to use Microsoft Office
–completed higher education represents an advantage
-online marketing skills/web design skills /SEO skills represent an advantage
-B driving licence category represents an advantage

We are looking for a careful and multitasking person, who knows how to organize her time and who is capable to meet the given deadlines. Respect for confidential information is a must.
