- Preluarea si solutionarea solicitarilor transmise de acestia prin telefon, e-mail, fax.
- Editarea, arhivarea si expedierea documentelor necesare clientilor/furnizorilor: informatii, imputerniciri, etc.
- Actualizarea bazei de date de clienti/furnizori, referitoare la procesul de gestionare al daunelor.
- Studii medii/superioare
- Cunostinte PC (Word, Excel) nivel mediu
- Persoana organizata, adaptabila, cu abilitati de comunicare si de negociere, de identificare si rezolvare a problemelor, cu initiativa si pro-activitate.
