RESPONSABILITATI

- Supervises all details associated with rental of the office space, making arrangements such as permits, surveillance and security, rental of supplies and equipment in cooperation with other departments involved (IT, HR); supervise the suppliers’ activity;
- Collect different offers for company’s premises, visit them and present the best offers to Head of Department;
- Ensure that all the legal requirements/ authorisations related to the corporate office are in place and properly maintained;
- Order the utilities payments and keep a record of all the invoices regarding the utilities payments for the head office in order to keep the budget under control;
- Maintains responsibility for price /value determination, sourcing, negotiations, terms & conditions and supplier relationship development;
- Accepts and scrutinizes vendor bids and proposals; negotiates and builds trustful relationship with vendors; observes quality of purchased services; quotes and negotiates all products and services quarterly; conducts Quarterly Business Reviews with top suppliers;
- Performing various banking operations (cash withdrawals, payment orders, currency exchanges, also via internet banking);
- Monitoring the administrative expense level & follow up Resident Manager's approval;


CERINTE

- Minim 2 years previous experience on Administrative, Logistics, Purchasing & Acquisitions field;
- University degree;
- English advanced level;
- MS Office very good knowledge – Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Integrity, client oriented attitude, organizing skills, very good communication and negotiation skills, problem solving skills, team player, and flexibility;
