- Organizarea administrativa a fluxului de documente necesare in cadrul proiectului;
- Intocmirea rapoartelor periodice privind statusul proiectului;
- Verificarea si gestionarea documentelor necesare angajarii;
- Mentinerea relatiei atat cu angajatii cat si cu reprezentantii companiei;
- Distribuirea tichetelor de masa catre toti angajatii.

- Experienta in resurse umane sau atestat inspector resurse umane constituie avantaj;
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare si organizare;
