RESPONSABILITATI

- Registration, filing and distribution of incoming /outgoing documents (mail, fax, email etc.);
· Arranging for appropriate signatures on documents (as per Authority Matrix);
· Updating the Signature list/distribution of revised list;
· Administration of the address list(s) and other general list;
· Travel management for Branch management (organization of hotels, rental cars, flights and travel expenses);
· Coordination of Branch management’s schedules;
· Translation all the necessary documents (English / German / Romanian);
· Taking care of BU Management;
· Organization of meetings, booking and protocol arrangements;
· Taking care of visitors;
· Taking care of the kitchen supply;
· Taking care of the meetings rooms;
· Taking care of the courier services;
· Taking care of the office supply & stationary.


CERINTE

- MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- 3 years of experience if possible
- Previous experience in an international company is a must
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in a construction company would be a plus
- English – advanced
- German – advanced (or beginner with potential)
- Providing reliable quality
- Being in time in the fulfillment of the tasks
