RESPONSABILITATI

-identify the original artwork of the products to be launched and translate/ request translation services from pre identified agencies.
-gathers all required internal approvals of the translations, as per existing artwork approvals procedure
-handle payment of the suppliers through existing Purchasing application in place (prepare Purchase Requisition, make sure Purchase Orders reach suppliers, provide support in payment issues of respective suppliers, if the case)
-supply distributors will all relevant information for correct labeling of products
-manage existing labels artwork changes if legal/ regulatory context requires
-store-checks for brands to check whether products are properly labeled according to prepared sticker labels
-provide support in managing artwork development (request translations and manage copy approval process, check and manage final artwork approvals, as per existing procedures)

-good computer knowledge (Word, Adobe, Excel);
