Applicant must have experience working on art projects from conceptual design to implementation, with special focus on computer artwork. Must be able to lead a team of artists, animators, programmers and testers.
Should be able to draw himself/herself human figures, faces and cartoons using graphics software tools and animate drawings using animation applications like Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director or Maya. Three plus years experience developing art projects with these relevant technologies, specifically Macromedia Flash, is required.
Minimal experience in computer programming, animation scripting languages or Web technologies is preferred. Experience in character building and animated cartoons development is also preferred. Experience in team leading and requirements management throughout the software development life cycle is necessary.
Applicant should have strong business writing skills and very good oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment. Ability to understand functional and usability issues from the clients perspective. Possess an understanding of change control. Must be able to work independently with limited amount of supervision. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Strong English language skills is required.
