Implementation of defined sales strategy
Oversight of commercial contracts related to assigned product range
Development of client relationships
Adhering to company sales policies and assigned administrative tasks.
Planning of sales, including forecasts for the next year, at product level
Adherence of company policy and monitoring of regional sales staff
Plan and schedule sales calls and initiate contact with current customers and potential new customers.
Evaluation of the field activity
Coordinate and participate in trade shows and technical meetings as appropriate to grow sales/develop current and new customers.
Statistical analysis of company sales; analyze sales and performance against objectives and initiate action plans to capitalize upon or create opportunities.
Oversight of the company’s price offers
Evaluate competitive products, market strategies and sales techniques and promotions to maintain current business and grow potential business.
Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
Periodical presentation of reports regarding new products and market opportunities
Minimum 3 years in a similar position (sales/promotion of medical devices)
Knowledge of gastroenterology, urology, or cardiology sectors of the market
Demonstrates strong ability in all communications including listening, written, verbal, and non-verbal skills to achieve business results
Demonstrates a sense of purpose and goal achievement, along with creativity and optimism
Fluent in English language
Greek language knowledge is a plus
Driving licence
Willing to take business trips outside Bucharest
