YOUR MISSION:
To identify new sales opportunities and develops the market sector he/ she is in charge of.
To plan and organize the daily activity of the area/ platform, so as to reach the monthly and annual sales objectives
YOU WILL:
Maintain efficient relationships with clients and with distributors (if case) within your assigned area;
Be responsible for monthly and annual sales targets achievement within the specified area;
Monitor the daily activity of the sales team in platform;
Monitor the performance of your subordinates and contribute permanently to their professional development;
Identify / assess the development needs and possibilities of your market area, and the logistics tools available for your team.
Promote the Danone image in front of it s key clients through your professional attitude and approach.
Minimum 3 years experience in an FMCG company
University degree
Proactive, results oriented
Very good planning/ organizing skills
Communication skills
Leadership
Able to work within high autonomy
Business development/ clients oriented
