RESPONSABILITATI

For our client, a multinational company in telecom area, we are looking for the appropriate person to fill the vacancy of AREA SALES MANAGER who performs the following responsibilities:

- Coordinates and leads the B2B sales team (selection, training, development, coaching, organizing etc)
- Participates in sales strategy and commission grid layout
- Analyses the monthly outcome realized in the assigned region
- Frames new ways of action to achieve the business objectives
- Collaborates with technical department in order to implement technical projects at clients’ place / location


CERINTE

- A minimum of 2 years experience in coordinating a business to business sales team (previous experience in telecom area would represent an advantage)
- Experience with procedures: the ability to adjust, propose and implement efficient work procedures in the assigned area
- Well organized, analytical person, acting toward achieving goals, charismatic, perseverant
- Ability to prepare and analyse reports and conduct presentations
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- High level ability to negotiate and communicate
- High level knowledge of English in writing and verbally, including the capability of efficient business communication
- Driving license, B category
