- Responsible for the achievement of the sales plan and increase company sales volume in the area
- Identify market opportunities and evaluate market trends, potentials and competition and identify new accounts to sell products and services
- Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing clients to expand sales
- Open up new sales channels in the region and assure company’s market presence
- Review financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas for development (e. g. cost reduction, program improvement)
- Academic degree in economics
- Professional experience (approx. 3-7 years) in Sales / Marketing preferred in automotive industry
- Romanian and English fluent
- First experience in leading people and/or projects
- Assertive and goal oriented (stays on track even in difficult situations), get things done
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Team spirit and ability to convince others
- Customer focus (is able to create win-win solutions with the customer)
