-Coordinating the retail/sales infrastructure constituted by 12 stores
-Elaborating short and medium term forecasts in retail domain
-Planning sales targets and budgets
-Supervising and training the sales staff
-Ride with field sales representatives and help them close deals, if necessary
-Conduct weekly sales meetings
-Conduct one to one meetings to provide coaching for the sales team members
-Key accounts supervising
-Potential customer identification in the respective sales retail area
-Participation in targeting process
-Submitting an offer and discussing it with customer
-Concluding contracts in accordance with the instructions of the superiors
-Assures client satisfaction by speedy processing of requests and/or complaints
-Informing customers of changes regarding the market, regulation, international issues etc. and any other issue of interest to the customer
-Managing the sales team and service team in Targu Mures, Alba Iulia, Bacau, Vaslui, Suceava, Arad, Iasi, Cluj.
-Reaching the allocated target;
-Gathering constant information about our competitors in the designated area;
-discovering new market opportunities and ways to increase our client portfolio;
-Offering support for the sales representatives in the sales process;
-Keeping the spending in the limits of the allocated budget;
-Elaborating weekly reports to the general manager;
-Ensuring the implementation of the marketing strategies and campaigns developed by the marketing department;
- University degree
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
