Our Client is an International Construction Company, Subsidiary of Africa Israel Investments LTD, which is active in Europe, Russia and Canada. The Company is a Leader among Contracting and Engineering Management Companies in the Israeli Construction Sector. In Romania, our Client is active starting with 2006. They winning the auction for the Cotroceni Park project, a project of 158 million Euros and over 220 000 squares. Of course that is the most important but not the only project developed on the Romanian market.
For that project we are looking for an Area Planning Manager, who will be in charge with:
- Building and following the time schedule for projects (based on design quantities, execution technology and on the working norms),
- Periodical planning the materials and human resources needs and checking these plans against the original budgets
- Close liaison with different departments to monitor project progress and obtain accurate feedbacks.
- Creating reports regarding:
- monthly updating the schedule of works,
- monthly comparation between achieved schedule and planned schedule,
- monthly issue of the detailed schedule of works for the next month,
- A University Degree with a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Planning Engineer in the Construction Industry.
- Experience in using Planning software or tools like, eg. Primavera Project Planner, MS Project and other commonly used MS Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team.
- English fluent
