The role of this position is developing and implementing strategies and politics in order to provide leadership and coordination for all the activities EUROJOBS provides in Romania. You would have following responsibilities:
- Implement the specific business strategy for all branches in territory
- Developing all business segments in which EUROJOBS operates / focus on temporary work business segment
- Formulate, elaborate and implement budgets, sales strategies to enter new and existing markets
- Establish specific objectives and targets for Branch Managers; ensure and maintain general business plan terms of volumes, turnover and budgets
- Establish and developing effective sales and marketing approach;
- Elaborate and implement the compensation grids according to the sales strategy and the politics and procedures of human resources
- Responsible with maintaining and supporting the actual portfolio of clients
- Responsible with achieving the sales objectives and increasing the number of active clients
- Develops knowledge of the major potential customers, trends, and development opportunities
- Manage the recruitment and training of all internal staff, in liaison with the General Director
- Recruit and select, train and motivate, evaluate the external employees and create a good environment for them
- Collaborate with the other departments (Companies within the group) in order to implement the general and specific strategy
- Responsible with implementing of the company standards and procedures regarding the image, operational, financial and human resources activities in the regional branches is responsible for.
- Represent the company and develop and maintain good relations with local community, authorities, public institutions and private companies located in supervised area in order to assure a profitable collaboration between them and EUROJOBS.
- Report periodically on the progress and results, analyse developments and make recommendations direct to the General Director of EUROJOBS Romania.
As the right candidate you would be expected to:
- possess University degree in Business and Administration, Economics (Master in Human Resources for advantage)
- prove relevant experience in HR and HR services field at least 3 years within a similar position
- demonstrate strong managerial skills
- manifest very good knowledge of English language/German Language would be an advantage
