Keeps the relationships with existing clients and develop business with new ones
Manages the development of distributors including their profitability
Meets close relationships with Board of Directors and collaborate at different levels with the representative departments for development of the business
Manages the budged assigned and propose development plans
Represents the company in the appropriate Industrial Associations
Prepares different reports for the mother company
Manages the team in terms of selection, budget allocation, their performance and development
Ensures that all the rules about Health and Safety are implemented and respected by all team members
Chemical University degree
Minim 5 years in chemical processes, electroplating experience represents a great advantage
10 years experience in sales management into a multinational company acting into the chemical field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Results oriented and solution driven
Good knowledge of management tools
English language – advanced level is a must
Clean driven license – B category
Available for extensive traveling within Romania
