Our Client is a global direct seller of premium, innovative products across multiple brands and categories through an independent sales force. Product brands and categories include design-centric preparation, storage and serving solutions for the kitchen and home through the own brand.

For Romanian market in Bucarest area, we are seeking an :


AREA MANAGER

ROLE

The purpose of this role is to manage the sales force expansion in the market by providing sales leadership and to run the day to day business activities. In addition, the Area Manager is responsible for the short and long-term market penetration objectives and serves as a strong liaison between the market and the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales
 To recruit, train and empower the Sales Force by following Our Client recruiting guidelines.
 To organize, attend and animate home parties following company business model.
 To organize regional weekly meetings, conferences and trainings.
 To identify, develop and coach future Unit Managers.
Marketing
 To implement/execute marketing and promotional programs.
 To maintain full knowledge of product line and applications.
 To maintain timely, accurate communication with the Company.
Administration
 To deal with logistics and order handling by collecting sales orders and transmit to the warehouse as well as receive and deliver the products to the sales force.
 To collect payments and ensure good cash management in particular in terms of inventory and receivable.
 To ensure that quarterly closing are performed on a timely basis.
General
 To put into practice the best practices & knowledge acquired at trainings.
 To ensure consistent implementation of Our Client philosophy, as well as safeguarding company image.


CERINTE

 Good organization skills.
 Strong communicator.
 Previous experience in a coordination & leadership role in direct selling is required,
 Good education background and good English knowledge is a must.
