- Manage and motivate an independent distribution network;
- Analyse the activity results vs. targets and discuss the actions to be taken with the ING Office Manager;
- Promoting and dissemination of best practices;
- Make bi-annually evaluation of each ING Office performance under his/her area of supervision;
- Organize regional meetings with the ING Offices under his/her area of supervision;
- Propose and assure the proper support and monitoring for the ING Offices that are situated below an acceptable level of performance;
- University degree, preferably in Economics;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in distribution/sales/management. Experience in managing an independent sales channel is a plus;
- Dynamic, communicative, innovative, goal oriented, problem solver, decision making skills;
- Availability for extensive travelling;
