RESPONSABILITATI

- As a member of the Area Managers team your goal is to implement the retail sales strategy in the ING Office Network.
- Your experience and business awareness should provide a clear sense of direction and solid support for the Sales Network in order to achieve its business objectives - in terms of client portfolio, service level, sold products, as well as management and staff performance related aspects.

Main responsibilities :
- Monitor the sales and service activity of the ING Office under their area of supervision;
- Analyse the activity results vs. targets and discuss the actions to be taken with the ING Office Manager;
- Advise and support to Office Manager in order to meet the business objectives;
- Take over the responsibilities of an ING Office Manager when is necessary;
- Offer support for the pre-opening and during the operational start-up of each ING Office under his/her area of supervision
- Provide ING Offices network management with recommendations for the evaluation of each ING Office


CERINTE

- University degree;
- 2-3 years professional experience retail banking business;
- Previous client relationship sales management experience;
- Goal oriented;
- Problem solver;
- Analytical thinking;
- Decision making abilities
- Networking and communication abilities;
- People management abilities.
- The position requires availability for extensive travelling.
