We're a young team of elite internet marketers. We've been online since the early days of 2006. Over this period we've generated more than $5 million in online sales...working with others, in joint ventures and solo projects.

Speed of implementation! So far we preferred to work with freelancers world-wide, superstars that are more motivated by changing things than salary.
It worked up until now. We thank them for all the help... but now it's time for us to go to the next level.
Therefore, we decided to build a team, a boiler room, an office where 1+1 needs to equal at least 10.
This is where YOU come into picture:
We are looking for a smart, motivated web developer to manage our technical department. As our IT manager, you will be in charge of split-testing and optimizing our online sales flows, you will ensure top-notch quality in the implementation of our online projects, and you will manage various freelancers and full-time employees to implement our projects on time and error-free.
We are offering a motivating salary plus bonuses based on performance, that can go up to $5,000 a month or more. Plus, you have the opportunity to run your own show... and to eventually become a profit center manager, or even a partner.
The right candidate for this position fits these criteria:
- You know your HTML & CSS inside out
- You’re good in PHP and MySQL. You worked with at least one MVC framework. You know how to communicate with databases, you know Object Oriented Programming
- You know Javascript (jQuery preferred) (medium level) and know how to do AJAX requests.
- You’re working online at least 8 hours a day (Facebook doesn’t count). In fact, the internet should be your life and your passion.
- You have experience managing projects and small teams
Who shouldn’t apply for this job?
First of all, do not apply if you’re looking for a comfortable, well structured job. You’ll be disappointed. This will be a fast-paced position where occasionally you will have to wear multiple hats. Freedom has its pros and cons, some people hate it. We love it.
Second of all, do not apply if you’re only looking for a high paid job. While the job has the potential to make you 6 figures a year, or more... it’s about more than that. It’s about being the best in a cut-throat field where Romanians are actually beating Americans. There’s a certain addictive satisfaction in that.
And third, please don’t waste our time if you need someone to be always micro-managing you, and to give you a direction. We need someone with initiative, curiosity, and ambition.
