- Performs an in-depth analysis of the Archiving Process, in collaboration with the other assigned personnel (f.e. Project Management unit)
- Proposes and issues the related documentation for improvement solutions, cost efficiency measures, increase the efficiency and accuracy of the process (including finalization of Archiving Classify List, administration of branches’ / departments’ Archiving Lists, creation of a central electronical data base etc.)
- Manages and coordinates the Archive Process at Bank level (territorial and Head Office), including selection of documents and destroy of the old documents
- Supports the implementation of the Electronical Archive project, in accordance with the Management’s decisions, including the interface with the Physical Archive
- Creates and executes project plans
- Identifies resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope according with the procedures in force.
- Tracks the status of the projects, calculate and record benefits
- Facilitate meetings with work streams (organization and record of the meetings held)
- Resolves or escalate issues in a timely manner.
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years professional experience, including archiving experience (physical, electronical)
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in pressurized environment
- Computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Language skills: good command of English
- Openness to change and pro-active
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills; team spirit
- Ability to diagnostic potential problems
- Good strategic planning, analytical thinking and integration skills are also required
- Should be customer service orientated, highly flexible, initiative and creative
- Has to be able to pay attention to details, set priorities and work under pressure
