-Performs an in-depth analysis of the Archiving Process, in collaboration with the other assigned personnel (e.g. Project Management unit)
-Proposes initiatives and issues the related documentation for improvement solutions, cost efficiency measures, increase the efficiency and accuracy of the archiving process (including updating of Archiving Classify List, administration of branches / departments Archiving Lists, updating of a central electronic data base etc.)
- Manages and coordinates the Archive Process at Bank level (territorial and Head Office), including selection of documents and destroy of the old documents
-Supports the implementation of the Electronic Archive project, in accordance with the Management s decisions, including the interface with the Physical Archive
-Creates and executes project plans, holds regular status meetings with Sponsor of the Project
-Tracks the status of the projects, calculate and record benefits, manages the Project Budget (if the case)
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project scope according with the procedures in force.
- Identifies resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings with work streams (organization and record of the meetings held)
- Manage the relationship with the National Archive Authority
-Resolves or escalate issues in a timely manner.
-University Degree (Archiving Faculty or similar)
- Minimum 3 years professional experience, archiving experience (physical, electronical)
-Good presentation and negotiation skills
-Ability to operate in pressurized environment
-Project management abilities
-Computer knowledge: Word, Excel and Power Point
-Language skills: good command of English
-Openness to change and pro-active
-Interpersonal and negotiation skills; team spirit
-Ability to diagnostic potential problems
-Good strategic planning, analytical thinking and integration skills are also required.
-Should be customer service orientated, highly flexible, initiative and creative.
-Has to be able to pay attention to details, set priorities and work under pressure
