Responsible for the design ,scheduling , application and monitoring/supervision of architectural-construction projects , regarding the company contracts as follows :
-Follow-up on the execution and prepare regular progress reports to the Managment
-Supervise progress of the project
-Project coordination among client and all subcontractors
-Contractual relation with the client and his contractual representative
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/BACKGROUND :
-A degree in constructions/architecture
-5 years previous experience in constructions industry, including private construction companies
-Experienced in working with subcontractors
-Experience in road/building construction (both new and rehabilitation)
-Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD
-Good level of English and/or Spanish
-Driving license
