- Responsible for the design, scheduling, application and monitoring/supervision of architectural-construction projects, regarding the company contracts as follows:
- Follow-up on the execution and prepare regular progress reports to the Managment
- Supervise progress of the project
- Project coordination among client and all subcontractors
- Contractual relation with the client and his contractual representative.
- A degree in constructions/architecture
- 5 years previous experience in constructions industry, including private construction companies
- Experienced in working with subcontractors
- Experience in road/building construction (both new and rehabilitation)
- Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD
- Good level of English and/or Spanish
- Driving license
