Responsible for the design, scheduling, application and monitoring/supervision of architectural-construction projects, regarding the company contracts as follows:
Follow-up on the execution and prepare regular progress reports to the Managment
Supervise progress of the project
Project coordination among client and all subcontractors
Contractual relation with the client and his contractual representative.
A degree in constructions/architecture
5 years previous experience in constructions industry, including private construction companies
Experienced in working with subcontractors
Experience in road/building construction (both new and rehabilitation)
Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD
Good level of English and/or Spanish
Driving license
