ARCHITECTS:
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience through all stages of design and construction for office spaces, commercial buildings, public buildings, hotel projects and large scale projects.
An Architectural Degree.
2 - 8 years of experience.
Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD and 3Dmax (presentation, renderings).
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS:
The ideal candidate should have:
An engineering degree and a 5-8 year proven experience in design especially in the petrochemical sector (pressure vessels, tanks, pipes).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, EIA issues and familiarity with all architecture/engineering disciplines are required.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS:
The ideal candidate should have:
An Engineering Degree and 2 - 5 years of proven experience.
Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD – 2D design, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Authorized electrician class 3 A or B (not a must).
Ability for independent and/or team work and good interpersonal skills.
HVAC/SANITARY ENGINEERS:
The ideal candidate should have:
An engineering degree and 3-5 years proven experience in design of Offices, Retail and Residential buildings.
Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD – 2D design, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of building regulatory requirements, EIA issues and familiarity with all engineering discipline are required.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS:
The ideal candidate should have:
An engineering degree and 1-10 years proven experience in all stages of design and construction.
Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD – 2D,design and structural design software.
Fluent English.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER:
The ideal candidate should have:
Science or Economic background.
Fluent English.
Oil/Gas/Petrochemical experience.
Min. 3 years in lead role in procurement department OR responsible for Project Procurement tasks.
Experience of procuring materials and equipment both locally and from abroad, hence knowledge of import regulations, taxes etc is desirable. High value equipment, multiple product requirements, systems packaging, import and transport optimization, electronic tendering, purchase agreements/contracts.
