- Coordination of teams (architects, structurists, mechanical engineers) for the implementation of the project.;
- Prepares, modifies drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) equipment;
- Discusses designs and cost estimates with others involved in the project, including engineers, quantity surveyors, landscape architects and town planners;
- Helps to obtain all necessary approvals from authorities;
- Prepares specifications and contract documents, specifying building materials, construction equipment and the interior furnishings;
- Observes, inspects and monitors construction work, to make sure that it is progressing according to the contract, time schedule, quality control issues and in general specifications;
- Evaluates projects once they are completed and occupied;
- Reporting in written.
- Architecture University Graduated;
- Minimum 5 years as Architect or Project Manager;
- Architect stamp is appreciated;
- Advanced knowledge in CAD, 3D Studio applications, MS Office;
- Fluency in English;
- Driving license B category;
- Knowledge of the Romanian constructions legislation;
- Knowledge of the specific norms;
- Ideally to have worked in big projects;
- Willingness to travel;
- Excellent package, in correspondence with the professional experience;
